Unopened DVD - (in its original condition including packaging and all original content) accompanied by the original Sales Receipt within 30 days of purchase may be returned. Refunds will be issued only for the value of goods being returned plus applicable taxes, excluding shipping charges, unless an error has been made on our part with respect to the product that was shipped. Refunds will be issued against the credit card that was used for payment on the order. No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Please note that returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original packing slip / invoice.

Opened Product - confirmed to have a manufacturer's defect accompanied by all manufacturers packaging and all original content with the original Sales Receipt within 30 days of purchase may be exchanged for the identical product. No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
